• Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are very few instances where we would have you sign a contract and certainly not to have your house sprayed for spiders or some other common pest problem.

• How much do you charge?
• • Spray a house one time: $55.00 to $75.00
  • Monthly on a home $20.00 to $25.00. A little bit more for quarterlies.

• What is your service area?

We're licensed in Kansas and Oklahoma. Our general service area is the Panhandle of Oklahoma and Southwest Kansas.

• Do you work on weekends? How about at night?

Occasionally we work on weekends but we prefer not to. Let us know about your particular situation and we'll try to work with you. We have a day a month that we schedule work at night in Liberal. Otherwise night work is quite a bit more expensive.

• What do I need to do to get ready for you?

If you have insect pests in your kitchen cabinets, it is better if the food and dishes are removed before we come and then not put back for several hours after we have left however this is not always necessary. Termite inspections require that the crawl space access be readily accessible. Certain types of termite treatments require that things be moved out of the way but it is always good to check with us first so you don't do any more work that you need to.
